A lawyer since 1970. From 1980 to 1996 he held Senior Management positions in the Financial sector. He was also a professor of Roman Law at the University of Barcelona from 1974 to 2008. Currently, he is Director of the Centre for International Studies (CEI) at the University of Barcelona and President of the Pere Tarrés Foundation.

A lawyer since 1968, with extensive experience in the fields of Commercial Law (company, banking and insolvency), Civil Law (real estate, contracts, inheritance and civil liability) and Criminal Law.
A lawyer since 2003. She started the practice as a junior in MILLET ADVOCATS 2004 S.L. in the area of Litigation and Civil Law. From the first year and a half of practice she joined the civil and commercial area of the firm. Since 2007, she focuses its expertise in corporate law and banking. She also has extensive experience in advising to nonprofit organizations.
